Director Opportunity

This key role offers the chance to shape strategic direction, drive organisational excellence and support the Chief Executive in delivering high-quality care across the region. You will bring expert leadership, sound judgement and a deep understanding of complex service environments to an organisation committed to meaningful change.

Day-to-Day Activities

You'll be at the heart of decision-making, working closely with the Chief Executive to anticipate needs, navigate complex issues and drive forward initiatives that matter. Your day will involve engaging with leaders across the health service, facilitating discussions and representing the Chief Executive in forums. You'll provide expert advice, craft briefs and manage communications with stakeholders including government and non-government organisations.
