What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and fostering a fun and vibrant culture.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide top-notch food quality and presentation
  • Manage floor operations, including running food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Set up and pack down the venue, ensuring everything is ready for the next service
  • Follow our service standards and enhance upselling opportunities
  • Promote specials, events, and our Fridays spirit to create a lively atmosphere
  • Passion for training and continuous improvement to drive excellence in our team
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests to enjoy

What Success Looks Like:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Customer-focused with excellent service standards and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Team player with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
