Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to manage and deliver high standards of training to our workforce. As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with our process trainers (ambassadors) to develop and implement comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver training programs for new and experienced associates.
  2. Perform data entry and create training rosters.
  3. Lead and support ambassadors in delivering training and coaching.
  4. Evaluate and monitor training efforts throughout the facility.
  5. Become a subject matter expert in warehouse processes.
  6. Maintain compliance with safety procedures and audits.
  7. Ensure area readiness and organization for all training locations.
  8. Coach associates to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
