Visual Merchandising Team Leader Role

This is an entry-level management position that involves supervising a team of Visual Merchandising Assistants to curate world-class offerings. The role requires creating compelling visual displays and understanding retail trends and customer engagement strategies.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing marketing strategies and creative approaches to sales to promote the company image visually.
  • Celebrating team success and ensuring an engaged and productive team.
  • Leading teams within stores and engaging with stakeholders across the wider business to champion and coordinate stock distribution that drives customer engagement.
  • Supporting line managers by executing marketing strategies, creating displays and merchandise presentations while working across various departments and stakeholders.
