Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Construction Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong civil construction or urban development background with demonstrated supervisory experience, leading teams to deliver high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Certificate III+ in Civil Construction
  • Experience in bulk earthworks, pavements, roads, subdivisions, and drainage works
  • Civil construction/urban development background with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Proactive attitude towards HSEQ outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve cost savings
  • Certificate IV Civil Supervision
