Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an administrative support specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and playing a critical role in supporting the branch administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Maintaining the branch's presentation to be clean and welcoming
  • Support with banking, purchasing, account reconciliation, and reporting
  • Managing and sorting incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing high-level administrative support as directed

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Interpreting legislation and understanding the local Real Estate industry
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
  • Effectively communicating with a variety of demographics, written and verbally
  • Collaboratively working in an energetic team environment
