Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team in Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Tax Accountant to take on a challenging role within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lodge tax returns, calculations, and journals for income tax, GST, FBT, payroll tax, stamp duty, and other applicable taxes.
  • Complete monthly tax calculations, journals, and reconciliations.
  • Conduct tax research and prepare supporting memoranda.
  • Maintain and enhance workpapers and reconciliations.
  • Partner with business and finance teams to improve tax processes.
  • Support audits and tax authority reviews.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified with at least 3 years' tax experience, ideally in a chartered environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across direct and indirect taxes.
  • Financial services or insurance industry experience advantageous.
  • Skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and automation.
  • Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships across the business.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
