Commercial Project Lead Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Negotiate Commercial Arrangements: Establish and review commercial policy and frameworks for developer funding and procurement, negotiating standard commercial agreements with major developers and government agencies.
  • Bespoke Agreements: Delve into bespoke commercial agreements with major developers, agencies, utilities, and third-party water service providers.
  • Skill Development: Support and guide developer-facing teams to increase awareness and understanding of commercial risk management issues.

About You

  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated experience in negotiating and developing commercial agreements.
  • Contract Development: Proven success in working with Legal teams to develop contracts.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing and working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate complex information to audiences of varying levels.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Background in managing complex external stakeholder relationships and internal project teams.
