Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Security Specialist to join a dynamic team as a Presales Manager.

The successful candidate will have expertise in IT security, particularly Sophos, along with LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud technologies. They will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored IT solutions to meet client needs, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to scope client requirements, and leading proposal creation and client presentations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized IT security solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Lead the development of technical proposals and present to clients.
  • Train internal sales teams on products and emerging trends in security and connectivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a presale, solution architecture, or technical consulting role within ICT, ISP, or MSP environments.
  • Expertise in IT security, particularly Sophos, along with LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex technology for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical proposal writing, network diagrams, and presales tools/CRMs.
  • Commercial mindset and customer-first attitude.

Bonus Skills:

  • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CCNP, NSE, Sophos).
  • Exposure to SIP, hosted voice, or mentoring team members.
