About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Injury Management and Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator to manage workers' compensation claims, work-related injuries, and engage with line management and the National HSEQ Manager. This role requires intrastate and interstate travel.

As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about driving favourable outcomes that support premium reduction and promote early return to work activities. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, workers' compensation laws, and company policies
  • Collaborating with insurers and legal to achieve desired RTW outcomes and resolution of workers' compensation claims
  • Administering workers' compensation case files and recover-at-work plans

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in claims and injury management associated with physical and psychological injuries/illness
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation legislation in New South Wales and Victoria + Tasmania
  • Return to Work Coordinator certified
  • Strong knowledge of and in developing and implementing injury management and return-to-work programs
