We are seeking a professional Nightclub Security Officer to join our team in the Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons at our nightclub venues. This involves providing crowd control and security services, monitoring and managing patron behaviour, responding to incidents, and liaising with venue management and emergency services as needed.

Key Requirements:
  • BIG individuals with previous experience in crowd controlling, security, or nightclub/hospitality roles
  • Proven track record in busy nightclubs
  • Availability to work on weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Certification in crowd control or security guard training
  • RSA certification and first aid skills
