Position Overview

As the Data Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing all aspects of our clients' Data & Analytics environment - data warehouse and BI tools to deliver meaningful insights and analysis to improve business performance and outcomes.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Developing and driving the roadmap for delivery of the Data & Analytics strategy, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Developing strategies for effective data analysis, reporting and analytics solutions, leveraging industry best practices and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data architecture best practices, with expertise in data governance principles.
  • Extensive experience within Data & Analytics, including Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and data integration technologies.
  • Experience with data warehouse environments, including Microsoft Azure, and a strong understanding of data analytics development methodologies and approaches.
  • Extensive experience in the development of data analytics models, with a proven ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team, with expertise in strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between data and business, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively across all levels, with a strong focus on relationship building and collaboration skills.
