Job Opportunity

The company seeks to strengthen communities through responsible energy. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join the Health and Wellbeing team in Sydney on a fixed-term basis.

This role offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements, with consideration given to candidates from the east coast of Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process workers' compensation and salary continuance claims.
  2. Establish case management strategies with relevant parties.
  3. Mentor and coach junior team members.
  4. Prepare safety performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation and injury management best practices.
  • Excellent advisory and implementation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
