About the Role

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Civil Plant Operator to join our team in Fortitude Valley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment, including excavators, posi-tracks, and tipper trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Set up job sites in accordance with worksite supervisors' requirements
  • Interpret DBYD plans and locate underground assets
  • Maintain site vehicles and plant to ensure they are kept clean and in safe working order
  • Report day-to-day productivity and issues to engineers and supervisors
  • Implement environmental controls in accordance with site CEMPs

Requirements

  • HR drivers licence at a minimum, HC licence is a bonus
  • Experience in earthmoving and excavation (min 3 years)
  • Experience in working in residential and commercial environments
  • A good understanding of maintenance required for designation machinery
  • Experience in reaming / opening holes in various ground conditions
  • White Card / Relevant Plant Tickets
