Field Service Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Mechanic to join our team in Laverton, Western Australia. As a key member of our Power Generation Team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

About the Role:

  • Respond to breakdown repairs, new equipment commissioning, and scheduled service works on Power Generation products.
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance on engines up to 78 Litre Diesel and Gas engines.
  • Prioritize safety in all tasks.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first responder for breakdown repairs and scheduled service works.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with power generation products.
  • Work safely at all times, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trades qualification; Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
  • Previous field service experience.
  • A current, valid driver's license.
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
