This role is designed to allow you to thrive as a lead educator, with the opportunity to work closely with families and colleagues to develop an enriching educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Manage classroom routines and learning experiences effectively
  • Foster collaboration and respect within the team
  • Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program
  • Stay up-to-date with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher
  • A current Blue Card
  • Approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable)
