Our department's ICT Division is embarking on a transformative journey to create a technologically advanced, secure and independent ICT environment.

The Cyber Security Operations Officer will play a crucial role in achieving this vision by working collaboratively to deliver cyber-related advice and outcomes across the department.

Responsibilities will include monitoring and managing cyber security requests, collaborating with other teams to support strategic outcomes, and maintaining the Cyber Security intranet presence.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an understanding of cyber security operations or technologies and have, or be willing to gain, certification in relevant areas such as security risk management, incident management and digital forensics.

As an APS 5, you will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance and undergo a pre-employment screening process.
