Facilities Care Professional

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming school environment by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and groundskeeping duties.
This vital role supports student learning and wellbeing by ensuring our grounds and facilities are well-maintained, compliant, and aligned with the department's commitment to high-quality education spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the school's grounds and facilities are in good working order.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain the school's grounds, including cleaning up after events, mowing the lawn, and trimming trees and bushes.
- Security Duties: Support security duties, including locking and unlocking buildings, and collecting waste.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Selection Criteria:- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Certificate III in Horticulture or a related qualification, and a current driver's license.
