Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Manager","This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the entire M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to post-merger integration.","Key Responsibilities:","
  • Support throughout the M&A lifecycle, including HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, managing communications and change management efforts.
  • Project manage various elements of the integration phase, including onboarding.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design and ensuring all phases of the M&A process go smoothly for potential and incoming employees.
","Qualifications:","
  • 6+ years of progressive Program Management experience.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A, including HR due diligence and pre and post-merger integration.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities at once and delivering on results.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and energy to get things done with an iterative approach and willingness to jump from strategy to development to change management to execution in order to scale programs aimed at driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate 'HR speak' and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative.
  • Critical thinker and analytic-minded with success in developing data-driven solutions to the business.
