About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive transition to school/school-readiness programs for our Kindergarten children
  • Manage your classroom and mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Collaborate with our National Learning Research and Development Partner to co-research and develop innovative learning and teaching practices
  • Participate in regular mentoring and professional development opportunities to enhance your pedagogical and educational understandings
Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved teaching qualification
  • Teacher's Registration
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one

About Our Centre

Our centre is custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age. Our state-of-the-art chef's kitchen and parent lounge provide a welcoming environment for families to connect and relax. Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Outdoors, our children enjoy adventures around our bike track and playfully stopping at the cubby house. For our green thumbs, our edible gardens provide countless hours of eco-education and fun.

We are committed to supporting the professional development and practice of our ECTs with the appointment of a dedicated mentor to co-research, create, and develop innovative learning and teaching practices.
