We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Kawana Waters. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced and supportive team, delivering high-quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Building strong relationships with families, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their child's educational journey
  • Mentoring and guiding educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop and review high-quality early learning programs
  • Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our children

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
