We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join our team at Campbell Town Multi-Purpose Service.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working in partnership with patients/clients and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care to various individuals with diverse medical requirements, adhering to NSQHS standards and AGED CARE standards.
  • Assist patients with daily tasks, including medication management, ADLs and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Relevant experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a sub-acute or aged care environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and weekends, as required.
