Job Title: Animal Attendant

We are seeking a compassionate and animal-loving individual to join our team as an Animal Attendant. As an Animal Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to dogs of all sizes.

  • This role involves caring for dogs, handling check-in and check-out processes, and engaging in playtime and exercise activities to ensure their physical and mental well-being needs are met each day.
About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about animals and want to make a difference in their lives. If you are a people person with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn more about animal behaviours and training, this could be the perfect fit for you.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with dogs of all breeds and sizes. You will also be part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to providing high-quality care to pets and their owners.

Responsibilities:
  • Caring for dogs of all sizes, including feeding, grooming, and exercising them.
  • Handling check-in and check-out processes, including processing payment and issuing receipts.
  • Engaging in playtime and exercise activities with dogs to ensure their physical and mental well-being needs are met.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Requirements:
  • Able to travel to and work across multiple sites.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, between 6am and 7pm.
  • Able to handle dog breeds of all sizes with ease and confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills.
