Your Opportunity

As Out of School Hours Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of OSHC staff to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Leading and managing a team of OSHC staff to achieve excellent service outcomes
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of OSHC services and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, leadership, early childhood education)
  • Extensive experience in a leadership or management role in the early childhood sector
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
