Job Description:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience at Plush Sofas.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, utilizing your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, and ensuring accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.

You will also collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal Plush Sofas experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
  • Add-on Sales: Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, bedding, luxury goods / travel, etc.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
