Our firm partners with private entities across Australia, offering bespoke solutions in tax compliance, strategic advisory, and commercial insights.

As part of our Private Tax & Advisory division, you'll join a high-performing team known for excellence and client success. You will lead client engagements and deliver high-quality advisory services as a Manager or Analyst role.

Job Description:

Manager: Lead a high-performing team managing a diverse portfolio of private clients. Collaborate with Directors and Partners to shape and grow the business, while mentoring team members.

  • Manage client engagements and deliver advisory services
  • Develop staff performance, careers, and development
  • Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive service excellence and continuous improvement

Analyst: Support Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base, from start-ups to large family groups.

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
  • Assist with ATO and state tax compliance reporting
  • Support advisory engagements and client communications
  • Build direct client relationships and provide outstanding service
  • Supervise and train junior staff

Requirements:

Manager: 4+ years advising private clients in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm. Proven leadership and team development experience.
