We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to join our APAC team. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers achieve their goals with Atlassian.
About the Role:
- You will own technical engagements in pre-sales opportunities and build relationships with customer technical teams.
- Advocate for Atlassian solutions and understand customer needs, highlighting differentiators.
- Practice empathy to understand customer pain points and technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry changes and discover new ways to enhance product knowledge.
- Drive business outcomes and own sales success, helping to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
- Ability to collaborate with prospects and sales teams to provide winning solutions.
- Technical expertise or experience in technology fields.
- Comfortable engaging with executives or technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Collaboration, Scaled Agile, ITSM, or DevOps solution spaces is beneficial.
- Experience working with South East Asian customers and proficiency in Vietnamese language is required.
- Knowledge of software development and deployment processes.
- Prior use of Atlassian products is advantageous.
