About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4 and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Relieve the Partner of a portion of clients and take ownership of their management.
  • Develop and implement adaptive processes to improve productivity and efficiency throughout the firm.
  • Collaborate with staff and clients to improve the quality of information shared and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of stable Australian Public Practice experience preferably from a reputable firm.
  • Completed a professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interact and network with strong business leaders.
