Job Title: Administrative Officer, Nursing and Midwifery School
About the JobThis is an opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to a nursing and midwifery school. The successful candidate will work closely with academic and professional staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Work accurately with detailed information, including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and correspondence management.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing payments, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Contribute to submissions, statistical summaries, and report compilation as required.
- Participate in project work and collaborate with school and faculty staff.
- Possession of a degree qualification and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Demonstrated administrative capability with previous experience within a university or tertiary environment.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and engage with stakeholders.
- Excellent operational, organisational, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
