Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on human resources, industrial relations, and recruitment and employment matters.

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will work closely with various business units to provide timely, consistent, and accurate advice on HR systems, recruitment, workforce management, change management, learning and development, and workforce strategy. You will also address and resolve people matters with professionalism and efficiency and ensure our HR services are effective and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification. Experience in producing written materials such as briefings, correspondence, and advice to stakeholders and decision makers is essential. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
