Role Overview

As a key member of our technology team, you will design and develop business-critical applications that power the XCover platform.

You will have strong expertise in backend development with Python (Django) and experience building scalable distributed systems. You will create high-quality maintainable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to technical strategy by designing and developing robust software solutions for business domains.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of features and components on the XCover platform ensuring they meet performance standards security compliance.
  • Champion technical excellence by implementing engineering best practices quality standards architectural principles within the team.
  • Actively contribute to innovation continuous learning collaborative problem-solving by mentoring other engineers sharing knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to translate product vision into technical solutions delivering high-impact features.
  • Drive innovation researching prototyping emerging technologies to enhance application performance developer productivity.
  • Improve code quality system reliability by implementing monitoring improving test coverage actively managing technical debt within your team's services.
