You will be responsible for managing a wide array of corporate matters, including probity, conflicts management, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and more. Your expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS) and insurance will keep us ahead of the curve.

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious lawyer who is ready to dive in and make a difference. At AECOM, you will play a pivotal role in projects that matter - projects that shape communities and change lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating AECOM's project contracts and related ancillary documentation.
  • Providing ad-hoc legal advice regarding AECOM's project pursuits.
  • Assisting with the preparation of internal project approvals.
  • Engaging with internal clients during the delivery phase of projects.
  • Managing claims and disputes.

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in law and admission to practice in Victoria.
  • An understanding of infrastructure projects and government procurement processes.
  • Previous experience in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience in a multinational consultant or contractor will be viewed favourably.
  • Demonstrated track record of adding value to a diverse and dynamic business.
