Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Fetch. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering contracts, setting up and maintaining project letting schedules, and preparing subcontractor packages and scopes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts, including main and subcontract agreements
  • Setup and maintain project letting schedules
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, and schedules
  • Accurately review and evaluate subcontract tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements

Requirements

  • Building or Engineering related degree
  • Proven track record on similar projects
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Full working rights in Australia
