We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 18-month Graduate Program in Business, Marketing & HR. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact.

Program Details">

This graduate program offers three structured 18-month placements, each with six-month rotations in different areas of the business. You will gain real-world experience through our 70:20:10 learning model, working closely with senior leaders and being part of a supportive, inclusive culture.

What You'll Do">

  • SUPPORT ROLE 1:">

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives in HR. Assist with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development in Marketing. Support members directly in the Contact Centre.

">SUPPORT ROLE 2:">

Contribute to marketing campaign development and member communications. Support members directly in the Contact Centre. Gain exposure to financial advice processes and regulatory considerations in Member Advice.

">SUPPORT ROLE 3:">

Assist with daily investment operations, processing, and reporting. Participate in compliance monitoring, internal control testing, and risk reviews. Support members directly in the Contact Centre.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be curious, adaptable, and proactive, and have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field completed within the past two years.
