Job Title: Regional Asset Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality asset management, property maintenance and capital improvement projects across our housing portfolio. As a Regional Asset Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant and sustainable, while supporting our broader mission of transforming lives through secure and affordable housing.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including funders, to deliver high-quality services that meet performance KPIs.

  • Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies
  • Ensure all assets comply with regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Manage contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery
  • Monitor property condition and maintenance performance
  • Project manage works from planning to completion

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in social housing or community sector
  • Tertiary qualification gained in social work, business or related field
  • Prior experience in leadership and operational management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
