About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests from around the world.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work rotating 7-day rosters. They will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience, from check-in to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure, maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing helpful information.
  • Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A valid Australian Full driver's licence – confident driving is a must.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
