**What this opportunity involves**:
Working onsite with a client in Melbourne CBD, the Guest Services Ambassador will provide solid support to the operation and executive of the Welcome reception desk and guest experience journey.
Providing first class hospitality experiences that make our guests, customers and visitors feel welcome, and a comfortable frictionless experience upon each visit. This role works collectively with many business partners and demonstrates a passionate understanding of our guests’ needs and requirements, striving to exceed expectations wherever possible.
**Here's a snapshot of what will keep you busy**:
Day to day execution of all Guest Services operations.
Knowledgeable about business processes sharing local area and office information, company event activities, acting as an in person concierge assistance.
Proactively drive initiatives and partake in the development of enhancing the customer experience.
Actively track data and report where required.
Ensure any front of house spaces and the reception desk is presentable and show ready at all times.
Manage mailroom operations and incoming deliveries, ensuring effective customer service and communication. Identify and implement process improvements as needed.
Adhere to ad hoc facilities or office services requests as outlined by the Workplace Services Management Team.
You'll be friendly. helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help meet our customer's needs with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively with a proactive and position attitude.
Corporate office experience.
Hospitality or retail experience also advantageous.
Strong customer service background in a fast paced environment.
Team player and problem solver.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
