About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large government organisation in Queensland, promoting sustainable water management and spearheading innovation in manufacturing.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including general tasks, meeting coordination, event assistance, and business unit reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective administrative support to the business unit, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Arrange travel and undertake financial activities such as purchasing, invoicing, budget monitoring, and contract management.
  • Assist with preparing briefs, reports, presentations, and web content.
  • Maintain a document and record management system, including hard copy and electronic files.
  • Handle external stakeholders in organising small events, such as catering and meetings.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of high-level administration and project management experience.
  • Experience in financial and business reporting.
  • Project management experience in finance and procurement.
