Electrical and Instrumentation Technician Role

This role is available for a skilled E&I Technician to work with our team in Hobart. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, calibration and testing of field instrumentation, UPS units and assembling, testing & installation of electrical control systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLC and RTU technology, as well as experience with instrumentation equipment such as flow & pH meters. They must also be able to interpret engineering drawings and design for installation/assembly purposes.

About the Role
  • Installation, calibration and testing of field instrumentation, UPS units
  • Assembling, testing & installation of electrical control systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements
  • Instrumentation Trade Certificate
  • Electrical Licence
  • Experience in Instrument Testing/Commissioning
