About The Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for hotel guests.

  • Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms ensures an exceptional experience for our valued customers.
  • Replenishing amenities and supplies is crucial to maintaining the highest level of quality service.
  • Ensuring pantries and housekeeping equipment are in top condition allows us to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Assisting guests with requests wherever possible fosters positive relationships and reinforces our commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of providing high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Commitment to at least 4 days a week on a rotating roster (9am – 2pm shifts available).
  • Reliability, organisation and strong time management skills are essential.
  • Full Australian working rights required.
