Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to lead our team in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.

About the Role:

As a Lead Educator, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

You will lead educational activities, observe children, and use this information to inform your teaching practices. You will also participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check, Child Protection Training, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
  • Experience working with children aged 0-6 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Absorbent mindset and adaptability
