Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to our national client-facing staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements, ensuring seamless onboarding and completion of engagements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and review engagement letters, reports, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in our systems, including SAP and accounting software.
