Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reliability.
  • Monitoring system performance and reducing toil.
  • Capacity planning and scaling.
  • Automating reliability improvements.

Strong knowledge of technology landscape required to guide team effectively.

Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Science related discipline preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong Azure cloud background with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-driven individual with positive attitude
