Role Overview

This is a senior bicycle mechanic position working at Thredbo in the Snowy Mountains. You will be part of a diverse team offering various roles with opportunities for growth.

About the Job
  • As the lead mechanic, you will work closely with the head mechanic to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workshop operations.
  • Familiarize yourself with our products and services to recommend them accurately.
The Workshop Operations

You will be responsible for daily operations including maintaining stock levels through timely ordering and accurate receiving of deliveries.

Scheduling Maintenance
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans and keep detailed records for rental inventory.
  • Assist with retail sales, rental fit-out and event operations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a professional bicycle mechanic.
  • Relative industry technical training certification in modern suspension and braking systems.
  • SRAM Tech cert.(level 1).
  • Fox Technical Training – Basic Course.
  • Proficient in use of POS systems, inventory software, etc.
  • Current NSW Working With Children's Check.
