The role involves helping residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while also promoting social interaction and engagement through community-based programs and activities.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

Key requirements include a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the aged care industry, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
