Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Centre Supervisor to lead our Mount Waverley team in Victoria.

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for overseeing Counter Sales, Store Supervision, and daily store operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising store staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including dispute resolution and complaint handling.
  • Oversight of stock management, including monitoring levels, processing, and end-to-end delivery details.
  • Preparing sales and performance reports, as well as tracking market potential.

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • A proven track record in trade HVAC sales with managerial experience.
