We are seeking an expert Data Scientist to help us develop innovative solutions that leverage data-driven insights in the marketing sector.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Bayesian statistics, as well as hands-on experience working with multivariate time series data and implementing statistical inference algorithms.

This role involves automating model operations, scaling modeling features, and developing novel model and data products. Proficiency in cloud computing and MLOps is also crucial.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with our team to enhance our data platform, improve its core engine, and contribute to our growth as a fast-growing startup.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in statistics, data science, or a comparable quantitative degree
  • Deep knowledge of Python and multiple ML libraries
  • SQL proficiency
  • Knowledge of Bayesian Statistics
  • Experience working with multivariate time series data
  • Implementing statistical inference algorithms (e.g., particle-filters, variational inference)
  • Solid understanding of fundamental mathematics for statistics and machine learning - probability theory, linear algebra, and calculus
  • Machine learning fundamentals
  • Cloud computing background, including IaC - GCP and Pulumi preferred
  • Distributed data processing experience
  • Experience with MLOps
