Deputy Head of Junior School F-2

We are seeking a passionate and skilled leader to join our leadership team as Deputy Head of Junior School (F-2). This role has a 5-year tenure and is based at our Salisbury East campus. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to seeing each child equipped with the skills and dispositions for success in future schooling and lifelong learning.

  • This is a full-time equivalent position commencing January 2025.
  • The successful applicant will be based at our Salisbury East campus.

Key Responsibilities:

The Deputy Head of Junior School (F-2) will be responsible for leading the junior school, working closely with the senior leadership team, and contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the school.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a school leader or teacher leader.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to Christian education and regular church attendance.
