They will be responsible for growing our safety services team and client base in Australia, as well as identifying and developing new opportunities for the company.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving double-digit profitable growth across our safety service areas. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their health and safety goals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key member of the ERM team to drive business growth across our safety service areas.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for the company.
  • Grow our safety services delivery team through hiring and consultant development.
  • Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business.
  • Lead safety team performance, hire and retain, develop, inspire, and mentor personnel for overall success of the safety services team.
