Behaviour Support Practitioner Opportunity

To achieve optimal outcomes for individuals with behavioural difficulties, we are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviour.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide high-quality interventions in various settings, including one-to-one support, group work, and community outreach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, carers, and healthcare professionals.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a specialist team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with behavioural challenges.
